The service here? It was something else! The staff were super friendly and helpful, definitely made my nights relaxing.
Pricey, but worth every penny.

The property is stunning both inside and out. The complimentary wine tasting hosted by a knowledgeable staff member created a wonderful atmosphere.
The meal service in the bar could be a bit more attentive.

Our stay was wonderful. we loved sipping wine on the balcony with vineyard views and enjoyed evening walks through the lovely grounds. The spa’s massage options and the beautiful garden area were perfect for unwinding. Just a heads up, the main pool area could use some more lounge chairs to relax on. 🌟

perfect base for exploring santa rosa's family-friendly attractions
I had an incredible stay where I enjoyed great service and delicious breakfast, making my adventures through Santa Rosa even more delightful. The central location allowed me to easily reach the Children's Museum of Sonoma County, which was a hit with the kids, and Shiloh Ranch Regional Park for some scenic walking trails right nearby.

missingWrote a review on Sept 10vaulted ceilingcourtyard balconydelicious breakfastnoisy freeway
The room had a stunning fireplace and a vaulted ceiling that added a grand touch, making it feel cozy yet spacious. Having a balcony overlooking the courtyard provided a perfect spot for breakfast under the sun, with the lemon ricotta pancakes truly standing out.
The pool area appeared more like a glorified dipping bowl than the expansive oasis depicted on the website, which was a letdown. Plus, I could hear the freeway noise from my balcony, which was unexpected given the lush surroundings of vineyards and trees. The walk to the main building from the new rooms felt cumbersome due to unsodded dirt areas and the absence of clear pathways, making it easy to track mud back to the room.

The lush gardens and vibrant colors made strolling around feel like a romantic fairytale. The accessible, spacious bathroom was a lovely touch, with its lowered vanity and roll-in shower, making it ideal for guests like me who need a bit of extra care.
Better noise insulation for rooms would be appreciated.

I had an amazing time enjoying a soothing body scrub with Laura at the spa and cozying up by the fireplace in my room. The spa offered opportunities for relaxation with both a full-body massage and a delightful steam room. The only hiccup was a bit of noise from the nearby freeway, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 29bocce ball courtcomplimentary wine tastingdelicious breakfastearly closing hours
Had an amazing time with friends! The bocce ball court amidst the redwoods was a blast, and sipping wine while watching was perfect. Plus, the complimentary wine tasting was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was delicious, and the heated pool was a great way to unwind after a day of fun.
One downside was that the pool and spa area closed earlier than expected. they shut down at 8pm during weekends, which was a bit disappointing since we wanted to swim a bit longer.
